PRICES AND BILLING
The prices, published next to each product on sale, include VAT and all other taxes and duties in force. The total amount charged is the sum of the prices of the products purchased (in force and published on the site at the time of the order), in addition to the contribution for delivery costs, if applicable.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
The Oleificio Al Mulino di Troia Rosario, which manages the www.oleificioalmulino.it portal, carries out home delivery through various couriers (depending on the weight) that offer the traceability service. Orders placed are processed within 3 working days of their receipt and shipping is guaranteed for the full value of the order.
We remind you that, in case of payment by bank transfer, the products will be shipped only when we will see the crediting of the sums on our bank account and therefore the sending of the bank transfer by the customer cannot be considered order confirmation until the sums are credited to us.

At the time of delivery, users must check the contents of the package and promptly report any anomalies to the contact details indicated in this document or as indicated in the delivery note. Users can refuse to accept the package if it is visibly damaged.
Delivery can take place in the countries or territories specified in the appropriate sections of www.oleificioalmulino.it.
The Oleificio Al Mulino di Troia Rosario is not responsible in any way for any delivery errors deriving from inaccuracies or omissions committed by the User in completing the purchase order, nor for any damage or delays occurring after delivery, if the courier has been charged by the user.
In the event that the goods are not delivered or collected at the time or within the established deadline, they will be returned to Oleificio Al Mulino di Troia Rosario, who will contact the User to schedule a second delivery attempt or agree on further measures.
Unless otherwise specified, any delivery attempt starting from the second will be charged to the User.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the system in relation to the weight of the packages and to the destination area.
