Dark green bottle, sealed with a shrink cap and supplied with a transparent anti-oil label.
It contains a Sicilian extra virgin olive oil with a clean and harmonious taste that recalls the fruitiness of freshly picked green olives. The bitter and spicy sensations, typical of a high quality product, allow the oil to keep longer its qualitative characteristics and its beneficial properties.
The oil comes from cold pressing of olives Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla varieties from the provinces of Trapani and Palermo. The extraction takes place in continuous cycle equipments which guarantees high sanitary standards throughout the production cycle.
With its perfect balance, our oil is the ideal condiment for salads and soups but also for meat and fish dishes because it enhances their original taste.
The product is traced and in addition to the Italian Production certification on the label is underlined the Cold Pressing certification 2020/2021.
Period of olive harvest and pressing: October/November.
